Our puppy introduction consists of 3 sessions, designed to help your puppy become comfortable with the grooming process.

ℹī¸ Additional Fees

  • Flea Clean-Up Charge – £5

  • Dogs arriving with fleas will incur a charge of 50% of the full groom price and the groom will not be carried out.

  • Tick Removal (up to 3 ticks) – £5

  • Matting Charge – Full Groom price plus £10 per hour

  • £20 deposit required per appointment. Deposits can be transferred to another appointment with sufficient notice.
